erregueté / Revista Galega de Teatro was created in 1983 and is currently the only periodical publication dedicated to Galician performing arts. This magazine, published by the non profit cultural association Entre Bambalinas, combines information, creation, dissemination, and study, and features reviews, reports, festival chronicles, book reviews, and essays on various aspects of drama, dance, circus, and performance art.

Ana Abad de Larriva holds a higher degree in Dramatic Art, specializing in Gesture Interpretation, from ESAD (Galicia), and a degree in Journalism from the University of Santiago de Compostela. A researcher in theater theory, she combines this activity with stage and literary creation, as well as teaching. She is currently the deputy director of erregueté / Revista Galega de Teatro.
