The Revista Galega de Filoloxía has just been classified in Quartile 3 (Q3) of the Scimago Journal Rank (SJR), one of the leading international indicators for evaluating scientific journals.
The SJR index measures the impact of scientific publications by taking into account both the number of citations received and the relevance of the journals, which lends this ranking a high degree of reliability and prestige.
This recognition serves as an endorsement of the journal’s trajectory and quality, specializing in linguistic and literary research within the Galician-Portuguese sphere. Its placement in Quartile 3 confirms its growing impact in the international academic context.
The Revista Galega de Filoloxía was established in the year 2000 within the Galician-Portuguese Area of the Faculty of Philology at the University of A Coruña (UDC).
It is currently accepting submissions for issue number 26, and researchers are invited to submit original works aligned with the journal’s thematic areas.
